We help you find the right practitioner with free access to our online directory in a number of ways; by their specialty (psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, mental health nurse or social worker), skill areas (anxiety, depression, etc.), or earliest availability.
You can even ask your practitioner a question of your choice before you book an appointment.
You can choose a time that suits you and book and pay online. You have the ability to cancel/ reschedule appointments if they no longer work for you.
